1) The new puppy owner must take their new puppy to a veterinarian of their own choice within 48 business hours from the date of purchase.  However, if you use one of our vets located in Sanford and Orlando,  as a courtesy, Best Friends will pay for this visit. 

2)  If the new owner elects to use one of our vets for the above 48 hour visit, Best Friends then provides a 14 day guarantee and pays all medical bills for any illness that may occur to the new puppy (i.e.. runny nose, sneezing, coughs, etc...).  

Best Friends will continue to pay the veterinary costs until the incident is cured.  Be advised, Best Friends only pays veterinary bills incurred at our vets.

3) All of Best Friends' puppies are guaranteed from genetic and congenital defects for one year (until the puppy's 1st birthday).  Best Friends stands behind their customers by offering a money back guarantee.  

Remember, Best Friends will never mandate that a puppy be returned from a customer if such problem ever exists.
